A Mexican Tiered Plant Dyers Watercolor & Sewing Box. A wonderful old mexican vintage goodie. In this lovely old sewing box you will find in each section: five spools of heavy thread, bees wax cake, small tin, a vial of cochineal, scrap of velveteen, guatemalan needle scrap, antique handkerchief, uzbek and east Indian fabric scrap. At the bottom are pigments of: gardenia yellow, nazca orange, caldera violet3, tlavitl ochre, north light magenta, holi blue2, heart wuda1, campeche wood, persicaria t., heart wuda4, iron glimmer and mixtec anil2 all on daguerreotype lid. Comes with tassel shown. Overall size is 7 3/4”long x 4 11/16”wide x 5 1/2” tall with added height of handles at 2 3/8”.
